Signature Global And Tonino Lamborghini Launch Branded Residences In Gurugram

Signature Global has announced a strategic collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram. The development will be spread across 12.4 acres and comprise 812 premium residences in three, four and four and a half BHK configurations located along the Southern Peripheral Road corridor. The project represents Tonino Lamborghini’s first major entry into the Indian residential market under a licensed lifestyle brand partnership and aims to position itself as a landmark offering in the city.

Creative direction for the scheme will be led by the brand’s appointed design head, with the brief extending across façade, interiors and curated lifestyle spaces. The masterplan includes a signature clubhouse and a grand reception lobby alongside a designer café, restaurant and banquet facilities, together with wellness amenities such as yoga areas, a swimming pool, a spa and a premium salon. The design intent is described as a blend of Italian craftsmanship and contemporary Indian urban living with an emphasis on volume and natural light.

Market context for branded residences in India is reported to be strengthening, with schemes projected to rise from 764 in December 2024 to 910 by the end of 2025, a 19 per cent increase according to Savills India. Gurugram is identified as a leading city for this segment owing to rising affluence and demand for hospitality-led residential experiences.

Signature Global’s corporate profile highlights a shift from affordable housing to mid and premium segments, with a reported market share of 13 per cent in the National Capital Region and 20 per cent in Gurugram for the Rs 20 mn to Rs 50 mn price band. As of the nine months to FY26 the company has delivered 16.5 mn square feet and maintains a development pipeline of 21 mn mn, 20.7 mn and 13.8 mn square feet in various stages of planning and construction respectively, while FY25 sales bookings stood at Rs 102.9 bn.

The collaboration is framed as a strategic move to combine Signature Global’s execution capabilities with the Tonino Lamborghini design ethos. The developer has also emphasised sustainability and safety credentials, citing a GRESB score of 84 and a perfect 100 in Leadership and Governance, alongside initiatives to enhance seismic resilience in select high-rise projects.
