Signature Global And Tonino Lamborghini Launch Branded Residences In Gurugram

Signature Global has announced a strategic collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram. The development will be spread across 12.4 acres and comprise 812 premium residences in three, four and four and a half BHK configurations located along the Southern Peripheral Road corridor. The project represents Tonino Lamborghini’s first major entry into the Indian residential market under a licensed lifestyle brand partnership and aims to position itself as a landmark offering in the city.

Creative direction for the scheme will be led by the brand’s appointed design head, with the brief extending across façade, interiors and curated lifestyle spaces. The masterplan includes a signature clubhouse and a grand reception lobby alongside a designer café, restaurant and banquet facilities, together with wellness amenities such as yoga areas, a swimming pool, a spa and a premium salon. The design intent is described as a blend of Italian craftsmanship and contemporary Indian urban living with an emphasis on volume and natural light.
