The following initiatives majorly contribute to training and up-skilling.Knowledge Centres: The company's knowledge centres are epicentres of skill enhancement and innovation, which have proved to be a very effective platform for imparting training and making the trained workforce available to the construction industry. The five state-of-the-art knowledge centres located at Gadegaon (Jalgaon),Training Programmes: To address the needs of both organised and unorganised sectors, it has introduced innovative plumbing professional training programmes (PPTPs), plumbing workshops (PWs) and engineer's meets. The PPTP is designed for professionals like architects, engineers and MEP consultants in Metros, Tier-I and Tier-II cities. This programme covers a wide range of plumbing subjects from project design to different technical aspects, new trends and installation requirements etc. PPTP equips professionals with the latest knowledge and practices, thereby helping to elevate plumbing standards. The PWs are designed for plumbers, installers and plumbing contractors and focuses on important topics like standard installation practices, do's and don’ts, awareness on new products and the latest advancements. Thus, these programmes are helping to improve workmanship, overall quality of plumbing work and upgrading the livelihood of these partners.Engineers Meet is designed for site engineers, civil engineers, senior plumbing contractors and supervisors, etc. By extending training to this group, we are trying to enhance their knowledge about products, applications, project design and installation techniques which intend to improve the quality standards of plumbing practices nationwide.Plumbing Excellence Centres: Knowing the importance of practical learning, the company is collaborating with prestigious educational institutes to establish plumbing labs and excellence centres nationwide.Advanced Plumbing Courses: The Advanced plumbing course is a skill-oriented two-month residential training programme that has been designed for fresh candidates from underprivileged backgrounds.
