Tembo Wins Rs 1.07 Billion Order From Adani Enterprises

Tembo Global Industries rose 1.08 per cent to Rs 810.90 after announcing that it has secured an order worth Rs 1.07 billion from Adani Enterprises and its group companies.

The contract includes project planning, management, design, oversight and consultancy services for multiple infrastructure developments. The order, valued at Rs 1,07,05,20,000, is slated for completion within 18 months.

Tembo Global Industries specialises in producing and assembling metal components for pipe support systems, fasteners, anchors, HVAC, anti-vibration systems and equipment used across industrial, commercial, utility and OEM installations. The company also trades in complementary metal products.

For Q2 FY26, Tembo reported a 37.7 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 200.8 million, supported by a 93.2 per cent surge in net sales to Rs 2.45 billion compared with Q2 FY25.

Adani Enterprises (AEL), the flagship firm of the Adani Group, operates across airport management, technology parks, roads, data centres and water infrastructure. The company’s consolidated net profit jumped 83.65 per cent to Rs 31.99 billion, while revenue from operations fell 6.01 per cent to Rs 212.49 billion in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25. Its shares rose 0.80 per cent to Rs 2,450.70 on the BSE.
