TransIndia Launches World View Collection at Meridian

TransIndia Group has recently launched ‘The World View Collection’ at TransIndia Meridian, its residential development in Mumbai’s Sion-Matunga Corridor. The campaign introduces residences located on the 22nd floor and above, offering expansive views of the cityscape, Eastern Bay and the sea.

The collection positions elevation as an integral part of the living experience, with the higher-floor homes designed around openness, changing skylines and wider city views. Rather than focusing only on floor height, the campaign highlights how elevated residences can offer a different perspective on everyday urban living.

The World View Collection includes 2- and 3-bed residences starting at Rs 1.78 crore. The development also features landscaped spaces, multi-level parking, premium retail frontage and Vastu-aligned layouts.

A 45,000 sq ft clubhouse forms a key part of the project, supported by more than 1 lakh sq ft of amenities and lifestyle spaces. The clubhouse includes a gymnasium, fitness plaza, multipurpose and banquet spaces, indoor games room, mini theatre, VR room, salon and spa, along with dedicated areas for children and families.

At the sky level, amenities include a swimming pool, yoga lawn, party lawn, cabana seating, hammock plaza, CrossFit gym and star-gazing deck. The project provides more than 90 lifestyle amenities covering wellness, recreation, leisure and community living.

TransIndia Meridian is located in the Sion-Matunga Corridor, with access to established educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail destinations and recreational areas. Key landmarks in the vicinity include Five Gardens, Shivaji Park, Phoenix Palladium and R City malls, along with Don Bosco High School, SIES College, KJ Somaiya Hospital and Medical College, VJTI and ICT Mumbai.

The location is connected to the Central, Western and Harbour suburban railway networks as well as the Eastern and Western Express Highways, Sion-Dharavi Link Road and Sion-BKC Flyover. It also provides connectivity to major commercial districts including BKC, Lower Parel, Fort and SEEPZ-MIDC.

Upcoming metro corridors and access to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports are expected to further strengthen connectivity. With the launch of The World View Collection, TransIndia Group is positioning the higher floors of Meridian as a premium residential offering centred on views, lifestyle amenities and central Mumbai connectivity.
