Unbox Robotics Raises Rs 2.43 Bn in Series B Funding

Unbox Robotics, a supply chain robotics technology company, has secured $28 million, equivalent to Rs 2.43 billion, in Series B funding led by ICICI Venture and Redstart Labs (Infoedge), with participation from F-Prime, 3one4 Capital, Navam Capital, Force Ventures and existing investors.
The funding, comprising both primary and secondary capital, will be used to strengthen leadership and engineering teams, accelerate new product development and expand market presence across India and select international markets. The transaction also provided liquidity to employees through the company’s ESOP programme.
Founded to transform intralogistics through intelligent automation, Unbox Robotics designs modular robotic systems that combine swarm-intelligence software with 3D robotic sortation hardware to enable scalable and efficient order fulfilment. The company has built a growing customer base across India, Europe and the United States, serving e-commerce, retail and third-party logistics players.
The company reported over five-times year-on-year growth and profitability, positioning it for its next phase of global expansion driven by rising demand for warehouse automation solutions.
