UP CM Yogi launches 76 projects worth Rs 18.78 bn in Gorakhpur

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath inaugurated 76 development projects totalling Rs 18.78 billion in Gorakhpur. He expressed that in the third term of the Modi government, India would emerge as the third-largest economy globally.

He stated, "The achievement of becoming the third-largest economy implies a manifold increase in the income of every individual in the country. This will also guarantee the complete saturation of every public welfare scheme."

He further mentioned, "Over the last ten years, India has undergone a transformation under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It has evolved into a secure and prosperous nation, progressing towards global leadership. It has ascended from being the eleventh-largest economy to the fifth-largest in the world."

During the event, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for 25 projects and inaugurated 51 projects, including the New Township Rapti Nagar Extension and Sports City. Additionally, he distributed allotment certificates to street vendors who acquired kiosks in Naya Savera. Preceding this, there were rituals like bhoomi-pujan, inspection of stalls from various departments, and distribution of food to young children.

In his speech, the Chief Minister emphasized that the entire nation is aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India, and this vision will be actualized through 'Developed Uttar Pradesh'. He asserted that 'Developed Gorakhpur' is crucial for a developed Uttar Pradesh.
