Walplast Marks 2025 With Strong Expansion and Innovation

Walplast Products Pvt Ltd marked 2025 as a year of significant expansion, innovation and brand consolidation, supported by new product launches, enhanced manufacturing capacity, strong category growth and high-visibility partnerships.
The Company broadened its decorative paints and surface preparation portfolio with the launch of HomeSure MasterTouch Lush Interior and Exterior Emulsions, alongside HomeSure MasterTouch Prime Interior and Exterior Primers. The Lush emulsions offer durable finish, high coverage and long-lasting colour retention, with the exterior variant engineered for UV resistance, varied weather conditions and protection against algae and black spots. The accompanying primers provide superior adhesion, whiteness and smooth finish, and are formulated to be eco-friendly and low-VOC.
In waterproofing solutions, Walplast introduced HomeSure MasterTouch Waterlock Expert, an elastomeric coating featuring Ultra Elastic Technology with 800 per cent elongation. Designed for exterior use, it offers a seamless UV-resistant membrane, assured protection against seepage and micro-cracks for up to 10 years, and surface temperature reduction of up to 8°C. The acrylic polymer-based formulation, reinforced with synthetic fibres, addresses key challenges faced by homeowners in extreme weather conditions.
The Company also entered the premium gypsum plaster segment with HomeSure Nova 125 – Premium Gypsum Plaster. Offering coverage of 125 sq m per tonne, the product delivers approximately 35 sq ft per 25 kg bag at 13 mm thickness—around 25 per cent higher than the industry average. Manufactured using high-purity natural gypsum, Nova 125 provides high whiteness, excellent bonding, crack resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, and enables twice the application speed to improve productivity.
Walplast strengthened its tile care portfolio through continued expansion of HomeSure TileEx Cementitious Grout, a polymer-modified grout suitable for tile joints up to 3 mm. Available in 11 colour shades, it ensures strong adhesion, low shrinkage, water resistance and clean application for ceramic, vitrified and natural stone tiles.
Reflecting growing demand across categories, the Company reported strong performance in the first half of FY25, with volumes rising by over 50 per cent in HomeSure TileEx Tile Adhesive, over 70 per cent in HomeSure GypEX Gypsum Boards and over 40 per cent in HomeSure GypEX Gypsum Plasters.
Walplast further boosted its manufacturing capabilities by commissioning a 1,20,000 MT gypsum plaster plant at Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh. The facility enhances capacity in southern markets and strengthens the nationwide distribution network.
Brand visibility increased significantly through HomeSure TileEx’s exclusive partnership with the Lucknow Super Giants for IPL 2025. The association drove widespread visibility across television, outdoor and digital platforms, deepening national consumer engagement.
The year also brought notable industry recognitions. HomeSure was named ‘Brand of the Year 2025’ at the Goal Fest Conclave, while the Company received the Rashtriya Udyog Ratan Award for industrial excellence. Walplast reinforced its workplace commitment by securing the Great Place to Work® Certification.
Founder’s Day 2025 celebrated Walplast’s growth from a single manufacturing unit to a pan-India network of 25 plants with exports to over 23 countries, reaffirming its principles of integrity, innovation and customer trust. The Company highlighted consistent performance across flagship brands including HomeSure GypEX Boards, HomeSure GypEX Plaster, HomeSure TileEx Adhesives and HomeSure MasterTouch Decorative Paints.
Kaushal Mehta, Managing Director, Walplast Products Pvt Ltd, said the year’s achievements reflect strong customer confidence in the HomeSure portfolio, supported by high-performance product launches, capacity expansion and enhanced national presence.
Aniruddha Sinha, Senior Vice President – Marketing, CSR and Business Head – P2P Division, added that sustained growth across product lines reinforces Walplast’s focus on innovation, channel engagement and strengthening the HomeSure ecosystem.
Walplast has outlined further expansions across the TileEx and MasterTouch ranges in 2026, aligned with its long-term strategy of innovation, capacity development and leadership in construction, finishing and waterproofing solutions.
