Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has announced the launch of its first hotel in Bihar with Zone Connect by The Park Patna, marking the brand’s entry into one of India’s fastest-developing states. The new city resort introduces a contemporary hospitality experience in Patna, blending modern design with a focus on social connection and comfort.

NBCC Wins Rs 550m IOB Office Project In Raipur

State-owned construction major NBCC India Ltd has secured a new domestic work order worth around Rs 550.2 million from Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) in the normal course of business, according to a regulatory filing. The project involves planning, designing, execution and handover of IOB’s new Regional Office building at Raipur. Krystal Integrated Services Ltd has secured three major municipal solid waste management contracts from the Vasai–Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC) valued at around Rs 2.75 billion.
