Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has announced the launch of three new hotels on 31 March 2026, accelerating its expansion across key leisure destinations in India. The simultaneous openings reinforce the company's position in India’s design-led and mid-scale hospitality segments. Zone by The Park Darjeeling marks ASPHL's entry into one of India’s most iconic hill destinations and is designed to bring signature design-forward sensibility, vibrant social spaces and technology-enabled hospitality to Darjeeling. The property is positioned to attract experience-led travellers seeking both scenic leisure and lifestyle amenities. The launch signals attention to differentiated design and guest interaction in hill markets.

Zone Connect by The Park Gangtok addresses growing demand for well planned stays in a key hill destination and aims to serve both leisure and adventure travellers.
