WSB Real Estate Partners appoints Akash Rastogi as managing partner

WSB Real Estate Partners has appointed Akash Rastogi as Managing Partner. He brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate investment and development, with a focus on the warehousing and logistics value chain.

In his new role, Rastogi will lead the firm’s industrial and logistics real estate platform, overseeing investment origination, leasing and execution across logistics and industrial parks, manufacturing facilities, data centres, and industrial and workforce housing.

His responsibilities will also include identifying investment opportunities, acquisitions and land aggregation, as well as contributing to investment strategy, joint ventures, fundraising and investor relations. He will also support real estate credit and opportunistic investment transactions across the firm’s portfolio.

The appointment is part of WSB’s plans to expand its investment platform across real estate asset classes, combining its expertise in real estate credit with Rastogi’s experience in institutional investing, industrial and logistics development, and asset creation.

Before joining WSB, Rastogi co-founded Interlayer One Warehousing and Onstruq. He also served as CEO and Board Member of Ample Parks, an Actis–Mahindra Lifespaces joint venture. His previous leadership roles include positions at LOGOS India, Country Garden Holdings, ICICI Prudential AMC, Marathon Asset Management and Citibank.
