WSB Invests Rs 3 Bn in Mumbai Opportunities Strategy

WSB Real Estate Partners, a leading alternative asset manager, announced its strategic foray specifically in the Mumbai Real Estate Sector with the "Mumbai Opportunities Strategy.", an initiative that aligns with WSB’s commitment to exploring early stage opportunities in Mumbai’s promising real estate market.

Mumbai’s real estate has experienced a sustained upward trajectory in recent years, particularly post-pandemic, underpinned by various factors like favorable economic conditions, accelerated infrastructure development improving connectivity, and rising affordability driven by income growth.
