This initiative eliminates the tedious process of testing and organises a structured experience for its esteemed customers. Scheduling and conducting concrete mix trials in the Central QA laboratory was challenging due to multiple trials conducted every day, which eventually caused a delay in concrete mix design approval and further process of order finalisation. A project site execution team of customers were required to spend a considerable amount of time in witnessing such trials in the laboratory keeping aside the site execution priorities, making the entire process cumbersome and tedious for the customer. On-site quality testing accelerates the concrete mix design approval process by providing testing reports at the customer’s doorstep for faster turnaround and smoother project execution. This unique initiative by Godrej Construction would provide an opportunity for Project Management Consultants, Contractors, Developers, and other stakeholders to be a part of the testing process and instantly view fresh concrete testing results.
