Appointments

The leading international investor, 3i that focuses on mid-market private equity, and debt management has recently announced the appointment of Arun Nanda as Non-executive Chairman of its Indian business. He brings more than 40 years of experience with Mahindra & Mahindra and at present holds several non-executive roles. TSN Murthy, Deputy Chairman of New Mangalore Port Trust has been appointed as Chairman in-charge by the Union Ministry of Shipping following the superannua¡tion of P Tamilvanan on December 31, 2013. P Madhusudan, Director (Finance), Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd - Vizag Steel Plant, assumed charge as the company's Chairman and Managing Director. He will hold this new post for the next five years.
