Tata Steel to acquire service centers in Nordic Region

Tata Steel will acquire service centers in Sweden, Finland and Norway from Swedish and US steel producer SSAB. These include a service centre at Halmstad in Sweden and one at Naantali in Finland as well as the 50 per cent that Tata Steel does not already own in another service centre at Fredrikstad in Norway.
