Air India has invited bids for the sale of 14 properties, through which the airline reportedly plans to raise Rs 2.5 bn. As reported, the properties include residential flats and commercial and residential land in Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Amritsar and Pune. The last date for bid participation has been set for November 1. The government is continuing to make efforts to revive Air India through selling its non-core assets.
