MIAL for collection of development fee at Mumbai airport

Mumbai International Airport has approached tariff regulator Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India to allow levy and collection of development fee of Rs 518 crore at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The airport is operated by Mumbai International Airport (MIAL) a JVC which collected Rs 252 crore during financial year 2012-13, Rs 328 crore during financial year 14 and Rs 409 crore during the previous fiscal as development fee.
