AAI seeks bids for building new civil enclave at Jammu airport

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced that they have issued a tender for the construction of a new civil enclave at Jammu Airport in Jammu, J&K. The project is planned to be executed under the EPC mode.

As per the information provided, the project's estimated cost is Rs 5.22 billion, which also includes the AICMC component. The stipulated duration for completing the project is 30 months. Additionally, there is a defects liability period (DLP) of 24 months that comes into effect after the actual date of project completion.

For the MEP, AS, and IT works, there is a 60-month period for the AICMC, whereas for the civil and horticulture works, the AICMC period extends to 24 months.

Those interested in submitting bids for this project should take note that the bid submission deadline has been set for 21 September 2023.
