Garuda Aerospace Holds ESG Workshop on Responsible Aviation

Garuda Aerospace recently conducted an ESG Awareness Workshop, reinforcing its commitment to ethical, accountable and sustainable business practices across its aviation and aerospace operations. The workshop witnessed participation from over 150 employees and stakeholders, reflecting the organisation’s emphasis on embedding sustainability into its operational culture.

The session focused on building awareness around Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, with particular emphasis on responsible practices, data integrity, regulatory compliance and skill development. Through structured presentations and interactive discussions, participants were sensitised to the role of ESG in long-term value creation, transparency and responsible innovation within the aviation ecosystem.

Rithika Agnishwar, Co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer, Garuda Aerospace, said the initiative was aimed at fostering accountability across people, processes and purpose, while ensuring ethical practices and governance are integral to the company’s growth journey.

The ESG Awareness Workshop forms part of Garuda Aerospace’s broader efforts to strengthen responsible business conduct and align its operations with global sustainability standards, as it continues to expand its footprint in drone-led solutions for agriculture and Industry 4.0 applications.
