OMBADC sanctions projects worth Rs.28 bn

Eight new projects worth Rs 28 bn in the nine mineral-bearing states of Odisha have beeb passed by the Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC). Apart from the financial, technical and administrative aspects of the projects, which were laid out for consideration, 12 mega lift irrigation projects, construction of roads and bridges to form the missing link of connectivity in mining hit areas have also sanctioned.
