In Mumbai, the launch of ten segments of a steel bridge over the harbour line railway stations of Kurla and Tilak Nagar, forming a part of the much-delayed Santacruz-Chembur Link Road (SCLR) project, was completed in December 2012. The project, which commenced around nine years ago, was expected to complete by mid-2013.
