Tata Housing to invest Rs 1,000 cr in Ahmedabad township

Tata Housing signed an agreement with the Gujarat government to investment Rs 1,000 crore for developing a township in Ahmedabad on a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The agreement was signed at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit.
The proposed project will be in the affordable housing segment and comprise, 2-3 BHK units. It will take at least three-four years for completion.
