KNR Constructions (KNRCL) is an infrastructure development organisation, with a project portfolio comprising expressways, national highways, state highways, rural roads, flyovers, bridges, viaducts, irrigation projects, urban development (civic amenities) and commercial and residential projects. The company is engaged in approximately 20 projects across India, covering Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The projects include the Bijapur-Hungund section of NH-13 in Karnataka, Ganja-¡Sunakhala of NH-5 in Odisha, Lumdlng to Lanka section of NH-54 in Assam, and Madurai-Kanyakumari of NH-7 in Tamil Nadu. KNR has successfully executed ~5,888 lane km road projects across 12 states in India.

For FY2016, net profit rose 85.6 per cent to Rs 133.16 crore as against Rs 71.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. The company´s sales saw growth of 6.9 per cent at Rs 995.15 crore in the year ended March 2016, as against Rs 931.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. While the company grew its revenue by 11.5 per cent from FY2012 to FY2016, it reported a substantial growth in its profit from Rs 49 crore to Rs 133 crore, a growth of 171 per cent. The profit margin also improved by 790 bps to 13.4 per cent during the same period.
