The company follows stringent quality control procedures for every batch, including compressive strength and formulation testing. The company has commissioned a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Panoli GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat for the production of SILICOplast along with an R&D Lab. The product offers quality plastering, which enhances durability and reduces shrinkage and leakage. Its use saves time and labour cost, and it also makes material reconciliation easier for construction projects as against the usage of sand and cement mixture. Active projects Currently, SILICOplast is available in Mumbai, Thane and Raigad and has received an excellent response from the construction sectors in these regions. It is being used for projects such as construction of the monorail project and renovation of Manatralaya, IIT Powai, Cooper Hospital (Mumbai), etc. It has also been used in large construction projects of builders,one being Ajmera Builders.
