KRDCL-RVNL JV wins lowest bid in Southern Railway

RVNL, a PSU, has announced through an exchange filing on BSE that the KRDCL-RVNL JV has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) from Southern Railway for the "Provision of Automatic Signalling on Ernakulam JN(ERS) - Vallattol Nagar (VTK) Section on B-Route of Thiruvananthapuram Division in Southern Railway."

According to the filing, the order pertains to the Provision of Automatic Signalling on the Ernakulam contract, Vallattol Nagar (VTK) Section on B-Route of Thiruvananthapuram Division in Southern Railway.

It has been specified that the time required for execution is 750 days, and the estimated contract value stands at Rs. 1.56 billion. The share ratio of the JV company comprises RVNL with 49% and KRDCL with 51%.
