Paharpur Towers plans housing projects in West Bengal

Paharpur Cooling Towers has tied up with a Mauritius-based private equity company, Pragnya, to launch two real estate projects in West Bengal. The company will execute two housing projects in Barrackpore (North 24 Parganas) and Asansol (Burdwan). The projects will come up at a combined cost of Rs 280 crore. A special purpose vehicle company, Paharpur Pragnya Realty Pvt Ltd, has already been formed for the purpose. Paharpur has a 51 per cent stake in the company while Pragnya has 49 per cent.
