ITCONS e-Solutions Secures Rs. 9.93 mn Defence Contract

ITCONS e-Solutions has secured a contract from the Department of Defence Research & Development, Office of DG (MSS), under the Ministry of Defence, to provide 13 resources. The domestic contract is valued at Rs. 9.93 mn, inclusive of all taxes and duties, according to a regulatory disclosure issued by the company on September 23, 2026.

The contract is scheduled to commence on September 24, 2026, and will remain in force until September 23, 2028. The agreement may be extended beyond this period through mutual consent between the parties. The scope of work covers manpower outsourcing services for the government department.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company stated that the contract represents an important development and reflects continued confidence from government agencies in its services.

The contract was awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve an international customer. ITCONS e-Solutions also disclosed that neither its promoter or promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.

The company further stated that the arrangement does not constitute a related party transaction. The contract details, including its duration, consideration, nature and awarding authority, were provided in an annexure accompanying the filing. The disclosure was signed by Pooja Gupta, company secretary and compliance officer.

ITCONS e-Solutions is required to deploy the specified resources during the contract period, subject to the terms agreed with the Ministry of Defence entity. The filing was submitted to BSE under the company’s script code 543806 and symbol ITCONS.
