ITCONS e-Solutions Secures Rs. 69.4 mn Manpower Contract

ITCONS e-Solutions has secured a contract from UP Power Transmission Corporation, through the UP State Load Dispatch Centre, for the deployment of 114 resources. The domestic contract is valued at Rs. 69.4 mn, inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, according to the company’s regulatory filing.

The contract will commence on October 1, 2026, and remain in force until September 30, 2028. Its tenure is two years, unless the parties mutually agree to an extension. The assignment covers manpower outsourcing services for the state power transmission organisation.

The company disclosed the contract under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements regulations. The filing stated that the order had been awarded by a domestic entity and outlined the deployment of resources as its principal term.

ITCONS e-Solutions said the contract reflected continued confidence from government agencies in its service capabilities. The award adds to the company’s business in the provision of manpower and related outsourcing services for institutional and public-sector clients.

The filing also stated that the company’s promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract. It further confirmed that the arrangement does not fall within related-party transactions. The company submitted the disclosure to BSE on September 29, 2026, along with the required annexure containing details of the order.
