ITCONS e-Solutions Secures Rs. 69.4 mn UP Power Contract

ITCONS e-Solutions has secured a manpower outsourcing contract from the UP Power Transmission Corporation’s UP State Load Dispatch Centre. Under the agreement, the company will deploy 114 resources for a period of two years.

The contract is valued at Rs. 69.4 mn, inclusive of all taxes and duties. It is scheduled to commence on October 1, 2026, and will remain in force until September 30, 2028, unless the parties extend it through mutual agreement.

The company disclosed the contract under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The awarding entity is a domestic organisation, and the work involves the provision of manpower outsourcing services.

ITCONS e-Solutions stated that neither its promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also confirmed that the agreement does not fall within related-party transactions.

The disclosure described the contract as a significant milestone and said it reflected continued confidence from government agencies. The company submitted the information to the BSE for its records through a filing dated September 29, 2026, signed by Pooja Gupta, company secretary and compliance officer.
