Arvind SmartSpaces Acquires High-Rise Project in Whitefield

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), part of the Lalbhai Group, has recently acquired a residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with an estimated saleable area of around 0.46 million sq ft and a projected top-line potential of approximately Rs 5.5 billion. The project has been acquired on an outright basis and is located in the Nallurahalli area of Whitefield.

The acquisition follows ASL’s earlier high-rise project signing on ITPL Road in FY25 and further strengthens the company’s presence in one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after real estate micro-markets. Whitefield has emerged as a major residential and commercial hub over the past decade, supported by its proximity to large IT parks, multinational companies and a well-developed social infrastructure, driving sustained demand for premium housing.

This development marks ASL’s ninth high-rise project in Bengaluru. Since entering the city in 2013, the company has added 13 projects across the region, of which six have been delivered, while seven are at various stages of development or pre-launch.

“We are happy to add another high-rise project in Bengaluru, strengthening our vertical development portfolio in the city,” said Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and Whole Time Director, Arvind SmartSpaces. “This is our second acquisition in Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s most premium residential markets, and it aligns with our strategy of delivering high-quality developments in strong-demand micro-markets. The Arvind brand continues to resonate with homebuyers and landowners as we plan further additions across Gujarat, Bengaluru and the MMR.”
