Tamil Nadu's first Integrated Smart City launched

G Square launched Tamil Nadu's first Integrated Smart City across 120.7 acres of land. It is the first of its type, with over 150 world-class amenities, including a helipad.

The Integrated Smart City would assist the company in promoting projects on various plots through this new project.

G Square City, located along the Salem-Kochi Highway, will be the first Integrated Smart City in Tamil Nadu, with 26 commercial plots and 1,663 villa plots across 120.7 acres of land. It includes 150 world-class amenities, including a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse.

Its Residential Elite plots are priced at around Rs 8.5 lakh, and premium plots at Rs 9.5 lakh.

The commercial plots start from Rs 2 crore, and residential plots from Rs 28 lakh.

According to reports, G Square City has conceptualised this futuristic project by exploring various factors like prime location accessibility and the most delinquent technological advancement.

Coimbatore has been identified as a significant part of the Smart City Mission undertaken by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). This project aims to help drive economic growth and boost the quality of life of people by enabling local area development and harnessing technology to have a smart outcome.

This project is Tamil Nadu's first integrated smart city project with a proposed hospital, school, mall, convenience store, and bank under a smart community project. It would also help integrate technological advancement and infrastructural development and deliver some of the finest amenities.
