Avigna leases one million sq ft industrial warehouse in Tamil Nadu

Business conglomerate Avigna Space Industrial and Logistics Park has leased one million square feet of industrial warehouse space to three different companies in Hosur Park, Tamil Nadu.

The company has handed over 58,000 sq ft to the multinational manufacturer of home appliances, Whirlpool, marking Avigna's first venture with a Fortune 500 company.

They've also given 2.54 lakh sq ft to consumer supply chain company Stellar Value Chain and 3.44 lakh sq ft to online mattress brand Wakefit, as well as a 2.69 lakh sq ft grade A built-to-suit facility for them.

Avigna Group is planning a pan-India expansion and is currently constructing warehousing space of 1 million sq ft each in Chennai (TN) and Nellore (Andhra Pradesh), 2 million sq ft in Madurai (TN) and 3 million sq ft each in Hosur (Tamil Nadu) and Hoskote (Karnataka) The Avigna Group plans to expand its operations in Farrukhnagar in Haryana, Bhiwandi in Mumbai, Kolkata and Jaipur.
