Bids Invited for Rs 12 Billion Greater Noida Logistics Park

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has invited bids for a Rs 12 billion multimodal logistics park, aimed at strengthening the region’s freight corridor, generating employment, and driving economic growth.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd, Super Handlers, and Empezar Logistics have submitted proposals, Uttar Pradesh Minister for Industrial Development, Export Promotion, NRI, and Investment Promotion, Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, confirmed. “A high-powered committee headed by the Chief Secretary will soon evaluate the bids and take a decision,” he said.
As per the Scheme for Allotment of Plot for Development of Multi-Modal Logistic Park at Greater Noida, the project will require a minimum investment of Rs 12 billion, excluding land costs. It will be developed on a 174.12-acre site in Kappa 2, allotted on a 90-year leasehold basis.
Nandi stated that the facility is part of the state’s strategy to position Uttar Pradesh as the country’s most-preferred investment destination. Its proximity to the upcoming Jewar Airport is expected to make it a key driver of regional economic development, potentially creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs.
The site also benefits from connectivity to the Concor-operated dry port and direct access to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, enabling high-speed cargo movement. Planned features include cargo handling yards, modern warehousing, a skill development centre, and comprehensive logistics services to support cargo terminal operations.
