GreenBase, Tamil Nadu sign MoU to set up industrial, logistics park

GreenBase, a Hiranandani Group subsidiary, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tamil Nadu Government to set up an industrial and logistics park at Vadakkuppattu, Oragadam with an investment of Rs.7.5 bn. The proposed park, about 45-km from the city, envisages development of 2.8 mn sq ft of built-up area for companies planning to set up manufacturing and logistics units. It is set amid the sprawling mixed-use integrated township 'Hiranandani Parks' at Oragadam offering the advantages of a fully developed integrated socio-civic ecosystem and modern infrastructure. With 700 acre of seed land across Chennai, Pune, Nashik, Mumbai, and Durgapur, GreenBase says it and will deliver close to 12 mn sq ft in the next 3-5 years.
