Hexalog Appoints Vishal Shukla as Chief Transformation Officer

Hexalog, a cross-border supply chain and logistics company, has appointed Vishal Shukla as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead its operational transformation, technology adoption and expansion into new international markets.
In his new role, Shukla will oversee the company's transformation strategy across operations, technology, product development and business expansion. His responsibilities include standardising processes, developing scalable operating models, strengthening existing trade corridors and introducing new fulfilment solutions for cross-border businesses.
Shukla brings nearly 14 years of experience in business development, strategy and warehousing operations across logistics, e-commerce and supply chain organisations. He previously worked with TVS Supply Chain Solutions for nearly five years as Business Development Manager, followed by over two years as AVP – Strategy & Operations at Urbanic. Most recently, he served as SME – Contract Logistics at Maersk.
Commenting on the appointment, Dibyanshu Tripathi, CEO, Hexalog, said, “His experience brings a valuable combination of strategic thinking and operational understanding to the organisation.”
The appointment comes as Indian direct-to-consumer brands, MSMEs and exporters increasingly seek integrated logistics solutions offering improved shipment visibility, predictable fulfilment and coordination across freight, customs, warehousing and last-mile delivery.
Shukla will focus on strengthening workflows across Hexalog's existing trade corridors before expanding into new markets and developing technology-enabled logistics products.
Speaking about his appointment, Vishal Shukla said, “Cross-border trade is moving from freight movement to integrated supply chain orchestration, and customers now expect predictability, visibility and fewer handoffs.”
Hexalog aims to improve operational efficiency, supply chain resilience and service integration as it expands its capabilities to support India's growing international trade requirements.
