Innov8 to Add 11,000 New Seats Across India in FY26

Innov8, one of India’s leading flex space providers, has announced plans to add 11,000 new seats across the country in FY26. The expansion will primarily focus on commercial hubs in the western and southern regions, addressing the growing demand for flexible workspace solutions from startups, enterprises, and remote professionals.

In the western region, over 5,500 seats will be added across existing and upcoming centres in Mumbai, covering locations such as Andheri East, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. In Pune, expansion will focus on Baner, Viman Nagar, and the Central Business District.

In southern India, Innov8 plans to introduce over 4,500 seats across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The expansion will target key business districts including Hi-Tech City and the Financial District in Hyderabad; Outer Ring Road and CBD in Bengaluru; and OMR, Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Road, and CBD in Chennai. The remaining seats will be added across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.

Innov8’s centres are designed for productivity and comfort, featuring contemporary interiors, ergonomic furniture, wellness areas, meeting zones, and collaborative spaces. Centres are equipped with high-speed internet, secure access, and AV infrastructure, serving clients such as Honda Motors, BBC, PhonePe, Ola, Swiggy, MSL India, CSB Bank, Innomotics India, and others.

“We are optimistic about Innov8’s growth trajectory for FY26. Our focus on operational excellence and customer-centric innovation has fueled robust profitability and expansion in recent years. We have consistently maintained occupancy rates above 90 per cent. This momentum, underpinned by our asset-light model and strategic partnerships, gives us confidence as we continue our nationwide expansion drive,” said Pankhuri Sakhuja, Business Head, Innov8.

The announcement comes on the heels of a successful fundraising round supported by leading investors and the launch of some of Innov8’s largest centres in Navi Mumbai and Andheri. The company is set to double its pan-India presence.

Innov8 has also forayed into managed office spaces and aims to add 4 million sq. ft. across India in the next three years. The growth will focus on Grade A buildings, offering premium infrastructure and high-end amenities to clients.

Founded in 2015 by Dr Ritesh Malik, Innov8 currently operates across 11 Indian cities including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.
