Creating new milestones

With an experienced engineering team, the company has recently completed a landmark project for UltraTech Cement Ltd with Stacker Reclaimer shed with a clear span of 99 m. The building is 350 m long and 27 m in height. This is the largest clear span building by a PEB company in India. The project was challenging due to its design and installation. Stability was the major concern alongwith collateral load of dust from the existing unit, wind speed and seismic load. The engineering team had to apply all its experience and expertise to get the design approved from IIT Madras. The fabrication and transportation of huge structures was a herculean task as welding could not be done on site. The installation was even more difficult as the shed has to be built over the working stacker reclaimer and two moving conveyors. In spite of all the challenges and the constraints, PEBS Pennar has accomplished the project successfully with the best of its quality and time. The company has received appreciations from UltraTech Cement Ltd for its quality and performance.

Racing ahead

PEBS Pennar has also expanded into the construction of multi-storied buildings. The company is developing a seven-storied formulation building for Bharath Biotech Ltd. and a ten storied building for Jayabheri Properties Pvt Ltd at Financial District, Hyderabad. These structures are the sign of excellence and proof of expertise. Today, pre-engineered buildings have substantially reduced the time, thus meeting the competition.

IOT Infra project

PEBS Pennar has added one more feather to its cap by bagging an order from IOT Infrastructures and Energy Services Ltd. (IOT) to set up a warehouse at Dahej Petrochemical Complex, Gujarat on EPC basis. The project site is at ONGC Petro Chemical Complex.

PEBS Pennar has diversified into new segments such as cold form structures, industrial racking systems and solar structures. With its diversified portfolio and technical expertise, PEBS Pennar aims to reach a turnover of Rs 350 crore in FY 13 and Rs 500 crore in FY 14.
