Excerpts from her talk: ´Many of you present here today have walked this road with us often over the years - 14 years of this award and 20 years of CONSTRUCTION WORLD. And, we are very grateful for your support. Success, as we define it, is much more than just getting the job done. It is a holistic term: It imbues passion, perseverance and sweat, and is driven not just by profit but by purpose as well. In fact, this came up at the Jury Meet this year, where completeness of purpose and ability to impact also played a role along with the absolute numbers. Our winners today are at the helm of the Resurgence, which is also the subject of this evening; they are the harbingers of the change that is coming... as is being indicated across all industry parameters; overcoming obstacles, mooting for change, and aspiring for the best. They are the ones who dream with their eyes open and pledge themselves to a stronger, smarter and more sustainable India. Tonight, we salute all of you ++ and your vision. May your tribe grow!´
