Pennar's Isnapur unit commissioned

Pennar Industries recently commissioned a new rotary compressor housing manufacturing line at its plant near Hyderabad. This line has a capacity of producing more than 7 lakh units of middle housings per year. The equipment was manufactured by Japan-based FUJI Metal Forming and Tecumseh Products, which produced the compressors in India for the first time with housings produced by Pennar. Pennar Industries expects to achieve full capacity utilisation in six months. The company also expects newer opportunities in the rotary compressors segment in the future.
