ASSOCHAM organises fifth India Steel Summit

The ASSOCHAM National Council on Iron & Steel and Jindal SAW Ltd hosted ASSOCHAM's Fifth India Steel Summit at Hotel Le Meridian on July 26, 2011.The summit was organised with the motive to facilitate the growth of the steel industry in India.]It dealt with issues related to regulations,  policies, capacity augmentation, infrastructure requirements, financial options, technology selection, environmental consideration, raw material and fuel linkages, etc.Various eminent personalities including Beni Prasad Verma, Union Minister of Steel, Government of India and PK Misra, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Steel, Government of India, were present on the occasion.
