Ramco has always been at the forefront in providing relief to the public in times of calamities, the latest being  the floods in Chennai, for which relief measures have been undertaken along with the Chennai Corporation. 

Every year due to heavy rains and floods, be it Chennai or Thoothukudi or several other towns in Tamil Nadu are affected badly and normal life comes to a grinding halt. As a true Corporate Citizen, Ramco sprang into action deploying gigantic dewatering pumps to provide relief to the water-logged areas of Chennai. The relief measures were undertaken with guidance from Chennai Corporation officials.
