Ambuja Cements to announce its Q2 results on July 24

Ambuja Cements has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on July 24.

The meeting is to consider the quarterly/half-yearly unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter/ half year ended June 30, 2013 of the Corporate Financial Year 2013 and to consider payment of interim dividend on equity shares.
