Dalmia Cement acquires 26 per cent stake in Calcom Cement

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) has acquired a 26 per cent stake in Kolkata-based Calcom Cement India. This is the second time
that Dalmia has acquired a stake in this company. Earlier, in January 2012, it had acquired 50 per cent stake in Calcom.
