Panna-Mukta, Tapti fields' milestone achievement

India's western offshore's Panna-Mukta-Tapti fields has reached the production milestone of 500 mn barrels of oil equivalent (boe) cumulative oil and gas production. The fields account for approximately 6.5 per cent of India's domestic oil and gas production. A consortium comprising ONGC which holds a 40 per cent stake and Reliance Industries (RIL) and BG Exploration and Production India (BGEIPL), each hold a 30 per cent stake in the fields.
