Greenko to acquire Hemavathy Power

Hyderabad-based Greenko Group is planing to acquire the Hemavathy Power Project in Karnataka at an estimated cost of Rs 150 crore. The company has already acquired licenses to develop a cluster of run-of-river hydro projects totalling 75 MW on the Cauvery River.
