Bondada Engineering Secures NSE Approval for Main Board Migration

Bondada Engineering Limited has received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) to migrate its equity shares from the BSE SME Platform to the NSE Main Board. The approval, communicated through a letter dated 14 October 2026, marks a significant step in the company's transition to the Main Boards of both stock exchanges.

The company had earlier secured in-principle approval from BSE Limited on 9 September 2026 for migration from the BSE SME Platform to the BSE Main Board. With approvals from both exchanges, Bondada Engineering is progressing towards strengthening its presence in India's capital markets.

The proposed migration is expected to improve the company's market visibility, enhance investor engagement and support its long-term growth objectives. Bondada Engineering will complete the remaining formalities in accordance with applicable regulatory and stock exchange requirements before finalising the migration.

Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, Bondada Engineering Limited, said, ""Receiving in-principle approval from NSE for migration to the Main Board is an important milestone in Bondada Engineering’s growth journey. Following the earlier approval from BSE, this marks a significant step towards establishing our presence on the Main Boards of both exchanges. We believe this development will enhance our visibility in the capital markets and strengthen our engagement with stakeholders as we continue to expand our capabilities across renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other critical infrastructure segments. We remain committed to sustainable growth, operational excellence and creating long-term value for our stakeholders.""

Bondada Engineering operates across renewable energy, telecommunications infrastructure, railways and battery energy storage systems. The planned Main Board migration aligns with the company's efforts to expand its infrastructure capabilities and strengthen its capital market presence.
