Bondada Engineering has received a Letter of Award from NLC India Renewables, acting on behalf of NLC India Limited, for Balance of System works for an 810 MW solar power project at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The order, valued at approximately Rs 9.45 billion, strengthens Bondada Engineering’s position in large-scale, utility-grade solar EPC execution. The scope includes design, engineering, site development, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, along with associated power evacuation systems up to the designated delivery point. The contract also covers operations and maintenance services for three years.

Project execution is scheduled to be completed within 15 months from acceptance of the Letter of Award.

Commenting on the development, Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, Bondada Group, said the order reflects confidence in the company’s technical capability, execution strength and growing footprint in the renewable energy sector. He added that Bondada Engineering continues to report strong year-on-year growth in consolidated turnover, supported by consistent project delivery across business verticals.

With this project, Bondada Engineering’s total EPC order book has reached close to 3 GW, reinforcing its medium-term growth pipeline. The project is expected to contribute meaningfully to revenues during the execution period while supporting India’s renewable energy expansion and decarbonisation objectives.
