Karamtara Engineering Secures Rs. 11.99 bn in New Orders

Karamtara Engineering, an Indian manufacturer serving the transmission infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, has secured orders valued at approximately Rs. 11.99 bn across its transmission line and renewable energy businesses. The contracts cover products and equipment used in electricity networks and clean energy projects.

The company said the new wins would strengthen its order book and improve revenue visibility during the execution period. The contracts also reflect customer confidence in its manufacturing capabilities, product quality and project execution expertise, supporting its business performance as investment in power and clean energy infrastructure expands.

Rajiv Singh, joint managing director of Karamtara Engineering, said the orders had reinforced the company’s position as a partner in India’s energy transition. He added that the company remained focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Karamtara Engineering manufactures solar module mounting structures, solar tracker piles and piers, solar torque tubes, lattice transmission towers, angular and tubular wind towers, fasteners, and conductor and insulator hardware fittings. These products support solar and wind power projects and the expansion and strengthening of transmission infrastructure.

The company is developing additional products, including solar stamping parts, pre-engineered buildings for data centres and battery energy storage systems. It operates manufacturing facilities across India and has an established presence in Italy, while preparing a new facility in Saudi Arabia. Karamtara Engineering exports to more than 50 countries and serves original equipment manufacturers, engineering, procurement and construction contractors, and independent power producers. Its expanding portfolio and international network support participation in global renewable energy and transmission markets.
