Serentica to Use SANY Turbines for 336 MW Karnataka Project

Serentica Renewables has announced that it will source Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) from SANY Renewable for its upcoming 336 MW wind energy project in Karnataka. The delivery of the turbines is expected to commence by December 2025.

The project will feature advanced WTGs from SANY, each with a rated capacity of 4 MW. SANY Renewable, known for its high-end equipment manufacturing, was selected for its turbines’ reliability, efficiency, and performance.

According to Serentica, the wind project will contribute significantly to reducing carbon emissions while ensuring reliable renewable energy supply to industrial consumers.

Serentica Renewables, founded in 2022, is an independent renewable power producer focused on decarbonising hard-to-abate sectors by delivering firm and dispatchable green energy solutions.
