Seven Greens commissions 2.7 MW solar project for Railways

Seven Greens has commissioned the Jaipur Railway Solar Project, comprising 2.7 MW of rooftop solar capacity across 23 railway stations along a 350-kilometre corridor under the North Western Railway zone in Rajasthan and Haryana.

The project supports Indian Railways’ transition towards clean energy by reducing dependence on conventional grid electricity, lowering carbon emissions and enabling the use of renewable power across railway assets.

Executing the geographically distributed solar project involved managing design, procurement, logistics, installation and commissioning across multiple active railway locations. Seven Greens ensured compliance with quality, safety and operational standards throughout the deployment.
