TKIL, SoHHytec to Build Green Hydrogen Plant in India

EPC contractor TKIL Industries (formerly thyssenkrupp Industries India) has partnered with Swiss manufacturer SoHHytec to set up a green hydrogen plant in India within the next year, a senior company official confirmed.
The collaboration will deploy SoHHytec’s proprietary artificial photosynthesis (photo-electrolysis) technology, which produces green hydrogen from renewable energy sources such as solar and wind for industrial applications.
“I’m quite hopeful that within the next 12 months, you will see us building a green hydrogen plant with our technology,” said TKIL Industries Managing Director and CEO Vivek Bhatia.
